Creight is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Free Plan
• Includes a limited number of daily tokens
• Tokens reset every 24 hours and do not accumulate
• Free plan usage is non-commercial only
Paid Plans
• Weekly and yearly subscription options are available
• Paid plans allow commercial use of generated or printed designs
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled

4. Print on Demand Services
Creight provides print-on-demand services based on user-submitted designs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• All products are created on demand
• Colors, materials, and final output may vary slightly from on-screen previews
• Creight is not responsible for design errors submitted by the user (e.g., low resolution, spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing)

5. Intellectual Property
User Content
You retain ownership of the designs and content you upload. By using Creight, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for providing the Service (printing, fulfillment, and display).
You confirm that:
• You own the rights to your content, or
• You have legal permission to use it
Creight is not liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by user-submitted content.
Platform Content
All platform elements (software, branding, UI, text, graphics) are owned by Creight and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

6. Refund Policy
Print on Demand Orders
Because all products are made to order, refunds or returns are not accepted except in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was shipped
To request a refund or replacement:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
• You must provide clear photos of the issue
If approved, Creight may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
Digital Services & Subscriptions
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Upload illegal, infringing, or offensive content
• Use Creight for fraud or unlawful activities
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Creight is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Issues caused by third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers)
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Creight in the last 12 months.
